ABOUT US
Mont Royal is an international critical minerals developer focused on unlocking globally significant deposits of rare earth elements, niobium, fluorspar and other strategic metals essential to the global clean energy transition.
Formed through a merger with Commerce Resources Corp. completed in October 2025, Mont Royal is dual listed in Australia and Toronto (ASX: MRZ|TSXV: MRZ), with its headquarters based in Montréal, Québec.
At the heart of our portfolio is the Ashram Rare Earths & Fluorspar Project, one of the largest monazite-mineralised, carbonatite-hosted rare earth deposits in North America.
With a Tier-1 NI 43-101 Resource of 204 million tonnes grading 1.9% Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO), more than $50 million already invested in drilling and studies, and a clear pathway to development, Ashram is set to be a long-life supplier of high-value rare earth concentrates to meet soaring demand for EV’s, wind energy, defence and advanced technologies.
Our portfolio also includes the Eldor Niobium Project, located immediately adjacent to Ashram, and the Northern Lights Lithium Project, located in the world-class James Bay region of Québec, creating a diversified platform aligned the global clean energy transition.
Backed by a leadership team with deep experience in developing major projects globally — including rare earths, lithium and niobium — Mont Royal is ideally positioned to play a central role in diversifying Western supply chains for critical minerals.
Our strategy is built on four pillars:
- Advancing world-scale critical mineral projects with staged, de-risked development.
- Partnering with governments and strategic investors to unlock long-term growth.
- Engaging with Indigenous and local communities to ensure responsible, sustainable development.
- Building shareholder value by aligning with rapidly growing global demand for rare earths in EVs, wind energy, defence, robotics, and advanced technologies.
