PROJECTS

NORTHERN LIGHTS GOLD, COPPER AND LITHIUM PROJECT

The Northern Lights Project encompasses a 536km2 land package and includes the 75%-owned Northern Lights Assets and the Eastmain Léran Project, where Mont Royal holds an option to acquire 75% ownership.

History & Geology

The Northern Lights Project represents a significant landholding in the Upper Eastmain Greenstone Belt – which remains entirely underexplored despite hosting several significant discoveries, including PMET Resources’ Shaakichiuwaanaan Project, Rio Tinto’s James Bay Lithium Project and Winsome Resources’ Adina Project. Mont Royal’s exploration to date has established three distinct target areas, all offering compelling discovery potential.

Trenching at Bohier Project

Strategic Location

  • Situated in the James Bay region, an emerging world-class lithium-pegmatite district with multiple significant discoveries and growing infrastructure
  • Excellent year-round road access via Route 167 Nord and proximity to workforce and processing facilities at Chibougamau (316km by road)

Strong Lithium Results

  • Bohier Project trenching/channel sampling:
      - 6.05m @ 1.78% Li₂O
      - 7m @ 1.71% Li₂O
      - 1m @ 1.97% Li₂O
  • Eastmain Léran grab samples:
      - 4.02% Li₂O
      - 3.51% Li₂O
      - 2.41% Li₂O

Compelling Gold & Copper Potential

  • Tenure sits adjacent to Benz Mining’s Eastmain Gold Project, which hosts a Mineral Resource of 1Moz @ 6.1g/t Au (including 384koz Indicated @ 9.0g/t Au)
  • Historical high-grade surface results and favourable geology indicate strong potential for gold and copper mineralisation across the package

Regional Context – James Bay, a Tier-1 Lithium District

James Bay is home to several globally significant lithium projects, including:

  • PMET Resources Inc. – Shaakichiuwaanaan Project: 108.0Mt @ 1.40% Li₂O (Indicated) + 33.4Mt @ 1.31% Li₂O (Inferred) – the largest lithium pegmatite resource in the Americas
  • Rio Tinto – Arcadium Lithium, James Bay Project: Resource 40.3Mt @ 1.4% Li₂O, Ore Reserve 37.2Mt at 1.3% Li2
  • Winsome Resources – Adina Lithium Project: 78Mt @ 1.15% Li₂O, one of the top-5 largest lithium resources in North America

Recent Exploration

Bohier Lithium Project (75%-owned)

  • Two 8m pegmatite outcrops confirmed with chemistry similar to spodumene-bearing intrusions.
  • Gravimetric and LiDAR surveys identified six key anomalies (200 – 500m in strike length).
  • One anomaly is interpreted as a direct continuation of known spodumene-bearing pegmatite extending 500m west, making it a high-priority drill target.

Eastmain Léran Project (Option to Acquire 75%)

  • Wahemen Boulder Field: Multiple spodumene-bearing boulders with assays up to 4.02% Li₂O.
  • Central Boulder Discovery: 1.12% Li₂O spodumene boulder found ~8km from Wahemen.
  • Ongoing surface sampling over central and northern sectors to expand lithium target inventory and define drill-ready prospects.
